INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING REGISTRATION PROCESS

By registering with Pure Power Health, users receive enhanced access to our website, including online ordering. Users who are new to Pure Power Health must first complete the registration form. During registration, healthcare professionals are required to give their contact information (such as name, address and email address). We request educational background and title only to verify eligibility to place orders on our site, as we sell only to licensed health care professionals. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, other than as described in “Sharing” below. Non-healthcare professionals have general access to our website without the collection of any personal information.

COOKIES

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies are used on our website to save the user time and effort; for example, the use of cookies enables the Remember Me option, which allows the user access to specific information without having to login each time. Cookies can also remember the last page or position you visited, which can be very helpful if you have opened numerous pages of information. If a browser is not set up to accept cookies, users will not be able to use the restricted portion of our site. We do not sell, share or rent any information obtained through the use of cookies.

LOG FILES

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

SHARING

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

CONTACTING YOU

We send all new members a welcoming email to provide a password and to verify your email address (username). At this point, your account is active and you will be able to order online.
